Is there a website were you can se all items listed up and what they cost? Could make it much easier to get an overview to what i want to craft next (safe up to).

For items that is a bit complex because there are so many possible configurations. For material and other insights I can recommend http://eosknights.sgxiang.com/en/
The craft difficulty is just supposed to show how difficult it is to get the respective material. It's basically a function of the rarities of the material you need to craft the item.
