The finale of The Bureau XCOM Declassified sees an ending to the game, and a thorough expansion of the XCOM relaunch lore - which leads you into a deeper understanding of the XCOM universe, powered by a cover shooter without any particularly exemplary components.
The story is good - but it is not a game worthy of literary study in that department.
There's some good bits and pieces, and bad bits and pieces - the confusing thing is, you're never really sure what a boss fight is, because some of the regular encounters are so confronting and difficult, by time you focus fire on one target alone, you feel pretty good about what it is that you're doing.
