Sony has announced the imminent release of its next game console, the Playstation 5. According to the Japan-based company the new console, which with be priced at between £499 and £599, should be released in time for Christmas 2017.
Ishigo Tamaguchi, from Sony's research and development, seemed enthusiastic in this announcement,
"We are honored to be unveiling our latest projects. Members at Sony have worked tirelessly in producing cutting edge processing speed and graphics."
Features of the PS5 are said to include remote streaming from the console to a user's phone or tabled, effectively allowing them to access and play their games from anywhere in the world.
