How to Get Games Cheap and Sell Game Codes

in gaming •  7 years ago  (edited)

If you are looking for deals better than the Steam Summer Sale or if you have game codes you don't want to use you can sell them at G2A.com. G2A is kind of like the eBay for digital video games and you can get really great deals but you can also get scammed so be aware. But I have been on the sight for a couple years and I have never gotten scammed.

In order to protect yourself from being scammed on this sight you can buy the G2A shield which is a couple bucks per purchase. I don't recommend buying the shield if you buy a cheap game from a seller with almost perfect customer reviews. For expensive purchases I recommend it fully because if the code doesn't work you can get your money back with the shield. Otherwise your totally screwed and you can't get your money back. So I hope this helped anyone who is looking for good game deals or to sell their game codes. You can keep the money you earn on the website or you can transfer it to paypal. So just look up any game you want on this sight because it is most likely to be cheaper than on Steam.

hey, I just wanted to tell you - G2A is generally a pretty shady company. They don't care about the people selling games bought with stolen credit cards and force you to pay for protection from scammers - something that should be a part of the service IMO.

It can be shady but I have not gotten burned yet and I only buy from sellers with almost perfect ratings. But generally with the buying the protection it is generally still cheaper than steam, depending on the game of course.

well yeah it's cheaper then steam. But I'd rather support the devs and valve by buying on steam then this company that has generally not cared about really shady things going on at their site.

I totally understand that, But for me I go to G2A because it is cheaper and I generally don't have that much money to spend on games. Thank you for your opinion

I understand that point of view. ;)

Mmmh, Seems quite legit. Interesting, I'll try that out, Thank you for the share!
