Diminishing Returns: Returns (First Thoughts) | Paladins

 I just wanted to take a few minutes to talk about the reintroduction of Diminishing Returns to Paladins. A mechanic that is supposed to prevent status effects and crowd control from becoming too overpowered and instead make the team effort more effective since everyone can contribute towards a certain goal with no effort going unnoticed 

Anyway, this is just a first thoughts on the return and the possible uses for diminishing returns in Paladins

If 5 players all hit the same enemy with Cauterize 1, it will actually stack now. In that case the player would receive 69% reduced healing.
