This video talks about a lot of interesting things related to accessibility of games. I think the most important part is letting people decide how difficult a game is, such as difficulty bars.
As a casual gamer, most of the time, I really don't like easy games. I want games that are still challenging, but I don't need to put a lot of time in to really understand. Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an exception, lol.
