What a great game. I've only played Rome Total War, Medieval 2 and Napoleon Total War.
I can't decide which one is better, Rome or Medieval 2. In Medieval 2 I felt like there was so much to do, managing every single detail, and it was great! Rome still amazes me with the scale of the battles, it is an old game after all. Napoleon was a good game, but it felt more limited compared to others. Best thing about it was the artillery :)
I do remember the artillery in Napoleon. It felt useful. Rome 1 has those large scale battles too. I'm excited to finally get Medieval 2 later on, because it seems super complicated, and I like that :)
