SteemGamingCommunity- Darwin Project Tournament #1

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow is the day of the Darwin Project tournament held by the SteemGC.

We are excited about this tournament and we already have a few Steemians who will compete for the different prizes. We did not however receive as many applications as we thought and it seems like there is less interest for this game compared to our previous tournaments.

After a lot of thinking and a bit of talking with the organizers we decided that if we don't receive at least ten applications by the deadline we will cancel this one and instead organize a bigger tournament in one of the games we have done in the past. It will be a best of three set up and so far we have five participants who have signed up.

We are now holding our last sign up period until tomorrow at 16:00 UTC +3. This deadline will decide if the tournament is held or not and an announcement will be made on the #applications channel in the SteemGC Discord Server to let everyone now at that time.

SIGNUP

To make it easier for signups we changed the rules a bit. Anyone can now join and participants are only required to be members in the Discord server. This means there is no need to be level 1 to participate. If you are interested in taking part, head on over to the SteemGC Discord server and post your application in the #applications channel.

PRIZES

The prizes for this tournament are for the top 3 placements and go as follows.

1st place : 30 SBD and boost to "Gamer" rank in Discord server

2nd place : 20 SBD

3rd place : 10 SBD

As we mentioned before the tournament will be streamed on DLive on the @steemgc account and the stream will start at around 18:15.
