The Last of Us Part 1, developed by Naughty Dog, has been highly anticipated by PC players. However, when it was released, it was met with criticism due to its technical problems. Many players experienced game crashes, which prevented them from fully enjoying the game on their favorite platform. This led to some players abandoning the game, hoping that the developer would fix the problems in this version.

Thankfully, Naughty Dog responded quickly to the issues and released nearly 4 important updates to fix most of the technical problems that the game suffered from. The most recent update, version 1.0.4, has recently been released, and although we don't know all the details about it yet, we do know that it improves frame rate, graphics resolution, textures, fixes many crashes, and addresses various technical issues.

Despite not knowing all the details about the update, players who have tried the game after downloading the new update have given positive feedback. It is important to note that Naughty Dog has confirmed on more than one occasion that they are receiving direct assistance from the specialized Iron Galaxy team to investigate and address these problems. This is to ensure that PC players can enjoy the wonderful experience that The Last of Us Part 1 fans expect.

However, it is also clear that the PC version of The Last of Us Part 1 requires a powerful computer to run smoothly. This was worse than many players had anticipated, leading to negative reviews on the Steam digital store. With a total of over 17,500 reviews, more than half of them were negative.

Despite these initial setbacks, Naughty Dog has been proactive in addressing the technical issues, and it is likely that PC players will be able to fully enjoy the game soon. With the developer's commitment to fixing the problems, we can expect a much better experience in the future.
