Spring is here TIME TO WORK IN THE GARDEN My vineyard is sick !

in gardeing •  8 years ago  (edited)

Today i look my garden after the rain . Sadly my vine are sick !

Manna - this is a type of Plasmopara viticola sponge. The mana attacks all the green parts of the vine. It develops from the middle of May until the caraway of autumn.Sprays cease at high temperatures and stabilize the end of July and early August.

Wet and cool weather favors its development. In the younger, green leaves appear pale green, rounded, oily spots that are visible against the light. The geranium grows, stains in yellow-brown and deforms the leaf. On the underside of the leaves, the spots form a white spore-forming stain. Attack parts dry up.

Here are  some photos of it :

The solution is to start with the first for this year spraying !

The first spraying must be  done from 5 to 15 May . It prevent the manna !

I will use :

Couprocin Super M - 0.35% 35g

Topaz 100 EC - 0.015% - 1.5 ml
Nurele Dursban - 0.05% - 5 ml

I hope this will help my vineyard !

if you spray you're exposing yourself to the chemicals
but then its your life it's just a suggestion
have you tried watering it with 80% water and 20% vinegar?
it helps with this disease but water it when the sun is not above it
or it'll be scorched

This all its because we have very rainy spring . I dont spray alone here are profesional people for it but will try the wather vinegard tip :)

i see, anyway, good luck to your vineyard
and stay healthy!

Yes I hope it works, and hoping to have abundant harvest for your wine garden. Just pray and God will give the best thing happen for you. :)

I sure will :)
