My Bananas...

Bananas coming in nice. Storm came through and knocked these guys down. Theyll still be delicious but i would have liked for them to stay treed a lil longer. If you cut the flower below the bananas as they are getting mature you will have sweeter bananas. Bananas cut, flower cut, ripening cant wait.

BANANAS!! Man we hammer down the bananas around here. I need a forest of them things.

Yah im wanting to maybe get a few specie varieties. My wife kid and dog live on bananas lol.

Next time you make pancakes (or if you even do make them) smash up 2 bananas then add them to your mix. Sprinkle some cinnamon in there too. Once on the griddle drop frozen blueberries all over them and pat them into place. Now those are some tasty pancakes.

That sounds deliciously awsome! In the North GA mountains they have a place called the griddle, mom n pop best food large quantities and super cheap like $3 to $5 for a big meal. Also they have a place we get this organic hand processed pancake mix and it is off the chain. I use to do chocolate chips in em. Sounds like an fff, definitely will be trying.

I love those mom and pop places. There is one in okanagon called the stock yard, HUGE breakfast portions for like $8. Puts any big breakfast chain restaurant to shame.

Do you eat the banana flower as well? I have had it with soup in Vietnam and was surprised at how tasty it is.

I was reading you could but no not yet, hmmm. Think ill have to go find the cutting and look up some recipes. I always found Vietnam interesting. Thanks for the reminder :).
