Nature provides ALL!

I love you plants!

Thanks for the info! What is the best way to use mint for treating headaches and asthma? I occasionally suffer from asthma and my wife occasionally has headaches. Any advice would be appreciated. 😊

So glad that I was able to propagate three healthy mint plants from a store bought mint. They’re doing great in my raised planter box at home.

I love mint. Not leaving my home without bottle of mint essential oil in my pocket. It’s a life saver!

Mint is totally epic, and essential oils are absolutely primo for a little dose of plant power!

actually herbs are the best medicine with no side effects that have been done by previous people before us, no chemicals, no preservatives and outcomes

Herbs are incredible healers that can give great benefits! Plus they are accessible and free if you know where to look. Of course it is important to know some things about plants to take proper amounts in the proper ways, not everything is safe to eat right out of the ground. But mankind has known for millennia how to use plants appropriately to enhance health, and we want to remind everyone about that!

Awesome post, nature have so much to offer to keep us healthy and strong. Keep up the amazing and informative posts like this.

Beautiful post on my all time most favorite herb! I have always had it to sooth my stomach or if I am sick. I love gathering wild mint by rivers, how it always seems to be popping up in unexpected places. Hope you are having an amazing day!

Thank you, @lifemovedbysteem!

It's so incredible how much mint can do, and it is so aromatic and delicious as well! A hardy little plant with big time power, and there are so many different varieties of it!!

I love mint in a lot of dishes and the plants smell good when they are growing, especially when sprayed with a little mist of water. Not sure if I have ever had it in tea before. Thanks for sharing some medicinal uses for it. I knew there was a reason I used in recipes. Keep up the great work, I will be watching for more great information on your herbs.

Mmmmm, mint tea is one of the most wonderful ways to enjoy the wonderful flavor and smell of this herb! It makes a very beautiful cuppa tea that can be enjoyed any time, but especially if you feel a little under the weather. So glad we can continue providing value for you, @beccadeals! We're really glad to have you stop by :)
