Silly me is so happy about the handful of goji berries I found. I thought the whole bush had died this summer. All the leaves had dropped from the heat and lack of rain. But now they grew new leaves and even berries. I am so happy! I tried to grow them for years. I first got some plants from a cheap mail order nursery. Those never survived the winter. Last year I got a larger plant from a different mailorder nursery and that bush had done well. So hopefully I will have a lot more next year. I have 4 more bushes growing now.

Wow! That is so exciting. I have to try growing these myself since the health benefits are absolutely amazing. Can you grow them in any environment?

Thrives in zones 5-9, tolerating temps down to -18 F. I live in Arkansas. My mom in Germany has some amazing gojiberry bushes. They grow fast and strong. I think my summer heat was the reason for earlier failures.
