The plants out on the deck.. Its been really hot lately here in oregon. Over 100 degrees every day. The plants are taking it. The peppers got a bit of a wilt but it snaps out of it as soon as the sun goes down. Gotta watch that. The plant will trick you into thinking it needs water and some people end up overwatering when its not needed and cause blossom end rot. Particularly on tomatoes, peppers, vining varieties like cucumbers and more. The beans eat up this sun. At night they go to sleep and rest their leaves. Its quite a trip to see the dramatic change in the beans from night to day. The pepper is almost two years old now. I overwintered the plant and brought it back to full vigor when spring hit. I am hoping I am going to be able to do it again... and again... and again lol.
(shes wilting a bit because of the heat.)
