Weekly update on my chili peppers’ progress. Cats obviously like to eat Pepperoncinos...

Look at how big this Carolina Reaper’s first generation leaf had become! It’s huge... and definitely produces a great deal of photosynthesis. The new leaves and shoots are going like crazy. Only about a week after purging it and it already had grown a great deal of new leaves. I like how healthy it looks!

Sadly the cats have reached the plants again, and ate the two peppers of my hydroponics experiment. It’s interesting, that they did not tried any of the other plants - the Reapers and the Scorpions. Is this thing occasional? Or there’s something to deal with the aromas of the plants... Take a look at how sad do the Italians look:

These next to the Pepperoncinos are a Reaper, a Scorpion and my brand new Chocolate 7 pot in the center.

At least I am happy to see, that they both have some second generation shoots coming. And the hydroponics one already has a lot of fresh roots, going down to the “food”.

Meanwhile two plants - one Scorpion and one Reaper had gone to hydroponics.

The hydroponics Reaper looks great too! Leaves are becoming bigger and bigger. It obviously likes the nutrients.

The two plants, that I had purged about 2-3 week’s ago have stable set of new leaves, and the firs “cat-eaten” Pepperoncinos have some new tiny leaves too. Hopefully they are good and will start to grow faster, after the cat’s terror.

You can see also one small invader next to them. It's a 7-pot, which I had decided it would be dead and put it in this pot just to look if something happens. Well. obviously it's ready to rock. These 7-pot peppers took like forever to germinate. It was very difficult for him, and I did not have hope for them at all,but I've been wrong!

That’s all for this week and if you like my indoors garden, please leave your comments.
Bye for now and see ya!

Well done mate! They're looking great, it looks like they're gonna be flowering before you can take them outside! That's some weird fungus growing on top of the pots though, heh.

Yup... maybe moisture is a bit more than needed and these molds are appearing. I also hope to see them flower soon...
