Look how big ash tree is, y'all! I just watered and brought in the pots off the ledge. We had some rain earlier, but a few suburbs over there was golfball-sized hail (see @davedickeyyall's blog). The wind is kicking up again and my spidey druid sense said, leeeeet's maybe put the pots under the roof ...just in case. Because Colorado in springtime is a fickle beast, y'all.

This one suffered after I transplanted into bigger pots, but thankfully seems to be well on the road to recovery. You can do it, little one!
I'm afraid this one has not recovered from the ordeal. 😢 I'm sorry! I should have waited to transplant them. It was too hot and they were too little.
This is by far the biggest marigold I've ever grown and she still doesn't have buds yet!

Denver's pride was this past weekend and someone left their flag as an offering to the tree after Sunday's parade. :)

I think part of the problem is that our society teaches people to feel helpless and apathetic, that the problem is too big so why bother. Maybe my trees and tomatoes and flowers aren't much on their own, but man if everyone planted such it would seriously add up!
