Hello my fellow gardening enthusiasts. I wanted to give a quick update on the seeds I started 3 weeks ago. Everything except for the cantaloupe germinated quickly and have been growing strong and healthy.
As expected, the cucumber and tomato plants have grown fast and become too big to remain in the seed starting biodome unit. The pepper plants are doing good, but are always slower to get established so they will remain in the biodome for another 2 weeks or so.
Today I moved the cucumber and tomato plants over to my indoor wall unit where they will stay for the next 2 weeks to grow a bit taller before I moved them to my outside hydroponic garden system.
Cucumber Plants settled in the middle row.
Tomato plants settled in the bottom row.
Here is a picture with the LED grow lights turned on. It's now back to full disco night club in our living room from 6am to 6pm every day. 😵

Have you ever grown broccoli sprouts? Apparently they are very VERY healthy especially when frozen and eaten in a smoothie.

I thought it was marijuana when I first looked at the picture:). Never heard of broccoli sprouts. I spent time a few years ago watching a bunch of YouTube videos on rye/wheat sprouts grown hydroponically and used to feed pigs and cattle. Apparently they do extraordinary eating sprouts and they digest them well. Do your broccoli sprouts taste good? Do you put anything on them or cook them?

This is the video I got most of my info from. If you watch it at 1.25 or 1.5x the speed itll go by faster but its worth the listen if youre interested.
You can sprinkle the sprouts on salads, or freeze them then put them in a shake. When you freeze them they are 2x as healthy...im sure if you listen to this video youll be like "WOW" a couple of times!

No problem. If you go for walks, hit the gym, or do housework ect I recommend listening to all of the Dr rhonda patrick Joe rogan podasts...she is just full of information, from vitamin d3 to sugars effects on the gut body and mind
