I remember like yesterday when I planted those little fuckers last year... All I got last summer from them was 5 small strawberries... But now... now those little fuckers have grown! Today they gave 5 nice ripe and juicy strawberries and there are many more green ones getting ready to be eaten.. It's really amazing, it was only 22 days ago when they were just flowers:
My mother and @ruth-girl were the first to try em out. They said they were delicious! Personally, I hate the taste of strawberries, like most plants I actually grow. But nothing beats the feeling of giving your loved ones food you have grown with your own hands :)

Thanks for sharing @trumpman! Due to the little woodland creatures living around my place, all I ever see are half decimated plants. Seems like every time I get a large enough set of leaves, some squirrel or rabbit has a chomp. It takes a ton of those plants to get a really good harvest and even then your fighting with grub worms and the like to eat them first. Thanks for sharing and I hope everyone else enjoys the fruits of your labor (pun intented).
