Hello steemian family how are you I am good. Today I am here to participate in another Challenge as a food lover I do love it SEC-S19 / W2 | Culinary terminology and proper use of herbs and spices.

Well I loved to explore new foods and try them always in unique manner because food is basic need and whole family sit together for eating and obviously shared their reviews so I am very concern about it.
First culinary term is the meat washing and drying.
Mostly I loved to cook vegetables in combination of meat but today I am going to cook mutton pulao especially to take part in the contest. The basic thing for cooking meat or mutton is proper cleaning and washing.

Then I must try to dries it out so that extra water moved out completely. I must follow it especially when cook any meat it gave extra flavors to my food and I have try it.
Addition of little oil to saute meat
I must follow it in my cooking as it gave proper color and texture to the meat and I try it after many experience you know only 5 mint stir fry in little oil is perfect and my dish aroma changed totally.

Add of whole garlic and spices in meat
I always prefer to add fresh and whole spices in the meat you will also loved it as it gave an amazing taste to my food and I do liked it there is less aroma of grind spices especially if we kept it time before although freshly grounded may give little more taste but I didn't like it.
Addition of whole spices and the flame is particular important in cooking I never cooked on high flames rather prefer to cook low flame.

Yeah mostly I knew about the spices which are shared in the list but mostly I loved to cook without much spices because in view food should be cooked simple so that we can enjoy the falvor and nutrients in the best ways.
Here are few spices which I would to add these are my favorite too.
Cumin seeds
My food never complete without addition of cumin seeds its my favorite ones. It has weight loss and anti inflammation property so its special ingredients of my food.

Fenugreek
Another important spice or herb which I always kept in my kitchen although not always used in food. It highly good in slower absorb of sugar which is good thing.

Dry coriander
Sometimes i used it in meat or in kabab its fragrance is good in food moreover helpful in digestion too.

Carom seeds
Helpful in digestion, intestinal discomfort especially in ladyfinger vegetable and also in kofta Currey I added it for good flavors.

Red chilli
Its I guess part of every food and no dish seems to complete without it just to give food extra spices I add it.

Turmeric and green cardamom
Turmeric Part of food and effective in antiseptic property and antibacterial properties too. Cardamom effective in lower blood pressure.
What is the combination of spices that you use most in cooking and in what preparations do you add it?
Mostly I used cumin seeds, red chilli, Turmeric and salt in food in all vegetables and fenugreek in pulses. While in rice I also used black pepper in whole form and there is no other as such spices which I have used in my food prepation.
As I mentioned above I like simple food in own nutrients and flavor its give more yummy taste as compares to spices.
We would like to encourage you to prepare one of the 7 most famous spice mixes in the world or the most used spice mix in your country of origin.
In my country mostly people used above mention ingredients and spices more one thing which I have been often observe in foods is the used of garam masala perhaps they thought its combination of many spices and they think there food is not complete without it.
Few people kept it in grounded form and add it in daily food menu as it depends according to everyone taste and choices.

Friend, all spices are well recognized worldwide and it is very important to have the correct use of the quantities and combinations of them in the preparation of a dish.
On the other hand, knowing the benefits of each of them is extremely important since it motivates us to use it more frequently and it can be applied dry like freshly ground black pepper seed or fresh like ginger roots.
