SEC-S19 / W6 | The World of Pantrismo.

Hi friends and family how are you doing I am good today I am here to participate in another exciting challenger that would be the last and I really found this course very effective because I have learnt a lot about cooking skills and also today I am going to learn about pantrismo, that is really useful as the food presentation matters a lot.

Make an edible decoration with fruits or vegetables to accompany a dish prepared by the student. (Show the process with photos)

Well my friends today I will teach my daughter through pantrismo about the independence day it was on 14th of August but I am still I'll couldn't cook food from a week.

But still through vegetables I decide to present it for her as she develop the sense of patriotism and also learn how the good decorations can be done by simple ways.

The material required

I have used cucumber mainly along with little tomatoes to make flag for independence day concepts.

Step 1

For making flag I cut the cucumber and take its green portion of our flag and then use the light green white portion to make make the other part of flag.

Step 2
I arranged it well to make a good look and also makes it differentiate, I used round portion of cucumber for star making, and similarly the round portion open edge is used for making the moon and a little piece of dark green portion of that cucumber is used for make its final look and it was looking almost good.

Similarly when it was arranged gave a good look up to my efforts and my doll was happy to see flag while making through cucumber. She spoiled tomato I couldn't used it.

The cooking of vermicelli

My doll was wanted to eat vermicelli, so I cooked for her and also decorate it for today presentation although it was not part of the theme but it was the demand of my doll.

I have useed following things for it that is

  • vermicelli
  • milk
  • vanilla essence
  • sugar
  • resins

Cooking method

For making vermicelli i take a cattle and added milk and boiled it, added vermicelli in it and cook it for 5 minutes.

Added sugar and resin cook it for 2 minutes and in the last I added the vanilla essence and thick and it according to neet it's ready I allowed to cool for serve.

For our next challenge application, we would like to know what topics you would like to learn with us (pasta, rice, desserts, bread, etc.). What topics do you feel we missed out on this season? Feel free to leave your opinion on this matter.

For this season it was very helpful and we have learned new things obviously thank you for your effort's.

For next season baking and dessert should be included I really interested to learn it as I am Lil weak in it.
