Welcome to my post I am here again to share my participation of week no 6 in #gastronomy team in engagement season 19 by teaching team.How fast the season finished and last week comes ,I really appreciate and enjoyed all week themes and practices lectures given by professor @nahela .This we I also enjoying and learned about cold food,s presentation with fruits and vegetables 🤤 that increase the value of food .so guys below I shared food decor ideas I hope you are like it .
Edible Decorations
Well I prepared exclusively recipe of Bread cutlets with adorable decor with cumber and tomato,do guy let's start my recipe with process and photos.
Mines and place
How I made
By first I cut the bread slices in small chunks and add water in little amount to then soaked the break and that would easy combined with other ingredients.
Now in second step I add boiled chicken chunks,spices and fine chopped onion in mashed bread ,in spices I add chat masala ,salt ,crushed chill , Turmeric and chopped coriander leaves,gram flour.
Mixed it well and leaved for 40 minutes ,then give cutlets shaped as you liked today I made longer in size .
Fried in hot oil on medium flam and give golden colours on both sides then strain out from oil .
For decorating my cutlets I cut the cucumber slices in center and gives heart shaped now I put it on platter on which I served with these cucumber slices heart outline.
Now I wanted to made tomato flower for center so first i peel off the tomato skin carefully with out break then very keenly folded it life Patels of the Rose flower so I cut the another tomato from center hollowed it then put the folded tomato peel in the middle of the hollowed part and it's looking really beautiful and real ,for your guidance I share here how I .ade tomato flower.
Tadaaa here is my first presentation idea with my selfie I hope you like my little effort I put cutlets on center and decorate the tomato flower in the middle of the plater.
Second edible decoration
This is one of my kids favorite edible decoration , usually I put emojis on my kids meal specially on rice bowl made really easy and my little love to eat 😍 😍.it's very simple way of decor for that I need only cucumber,carrot and boiled rice.
I made cucumber flower for that I folded the fine cut slices to arrange in low first ,I cut the cumber ring that hold the Patels .
These simple tips made easy to did flower of cucumber followed by images .I used Carrey sliced as leafs of flowers so I put in platter on both sides of cucumber flower that's it.

It's a meal for my younger son so wanted to decorate in kiddish style so I decide to put smiling face emoji on boiled rice so by first I put the rice bowl in the middle of the platter then take off bowl and we got perfect rice cake shaped ,now I placed my cucumber flowers and carrots Patels on the boundary of the rice evenly
Lately I put eyes and smile mouth on it taadaa it,s ready to eat my little princess eaten with in minutes happily so the trick has been working 😄😄. infact he never like to eat vegetable specially carrots for this ways he ate all flowers and leaves 😁😁.
My suggestions/Observation for next challenge ❤️
Friends how fastly time passed and we reached at the end of the season ,well in my advise these types of teaching courses really helpful and spontaneous way of learning so I congragulate to all team members of gastronomy team you all did great job 👍 👍.I love to share my some suggestions for next season.
Well For next course you could consider doing a "Taste of the World" where participants prepare dishes from different countries more with specific theme from all over the world 🌎.
We all love change because it's good as a holiday means add more visual learning video of cook methods and technique as before with new style and fun to see the variety of flavors and cuisines represented.
I am big fan of baking 😎 ,so Another idea could be a "new invitation for Bakers" in this course tips and key tricks for exclusively for baking where people showcase their baking skills with different categories like cakes, cookies, or bread.
For a food course lecture, you could consider topics like culinary techniques, food science, nutrition, food safety, culinary history, or even specific cuisines and their cultural significance.
