Are you Good at Making Desserts? Have you Made Desserts Before?
Well!!!! I am not very good in making desserts but my husband liked my handmade halwa that is actually mom recipe he said this halwa is super delicious. Sometimes I made kheer or vermicelli for my doll. So, I can cook few traditional desserts.
We Would Like you to Prepare a Dessert (Serve the Exact Amount for 1 Person on a Dessert Plate). It is Important to Explain the Preparation Process and the Result of this Dessert.
OK..... I am going to make halwa that is super favorite of my husband with few ingredients but the results are super. He must praised of it I hope you will liked our traditional Punjabi dessert.
Its rich in nutrients especially for the lactating mother and induce more milk production. Moreover adding dry fruits enrich it with vitamin E which is good for skin, having iron and potassium it become healthy but if we take it in very minute quantity. Hence its our traditional punjabi sweet dish.
Ingredients
- 50 gram semolina
- 40 gram sugar
- grated coconut and almond half tsp
- pure ghee 40 gram
- water 1 cup or 100 ml
Preparation Process is as following |

Step 1: I take pan added one cup water when its boiled added sugar and boiled it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 2: I cooked the semolina till it turned towards very light golden color and aroma can be felt it means its done.

Step 3: I grated coconut and almond to added in semolina.

Step 4: I added grated dry fruits and mixed it well, waited till the water dried out.

Step 5: I cooked it lower flame until oil came out its done.

Which Starter and Which Main Dish Would go with the Dessert you just Prepared? Imagine a 3-course Menu that Goes with your Delicious Dessert.
Starter: soup ( hot solid starter)
Main Dish: mix vegetables with nan
Dessert: Halwa ( traditional Punjabi dessert)

Me encantó tu receta amiga, aunque no lo conozco al ver los ingredientes me imagino que fue como un majarete en mi país, lleva coco y almendras por lo que tiene también un alto valor nutritivo.
