In this article, I leave the personal recipe of how to elaborate medallions to the mushroom in my way, they are excellent and their elaboration is not expensive. I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 8 loin medallions or 4 thick beef fillets
• 1/2 kilo of mushroom
• 1 teaspoon of marinade
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 small onion minced
• 1 can of 395 grs. Of mushrooms cut in julienne or they can do it with fresh mushroom, but must boil them during 15 min.
• 1 cup of wheat flour
• 3 oil tablespoons
preparation:
Pour the oil in a bowl or pan, cook the meat (seasoned with marinade, salt and English sauce), on a low heat for 15 min. Remove the meat and pass it through flour and put it back in the bowl to simmer and add ½ can of the mushrooms and save the rest, add the chopped onion and blend the rest of the mushrooms in a cup of water and add them, let cook Until it has a pleasant consistency or taste, can be thick or more liquid.
Garnish or accompaniment:
• Steamed potatoes.
• Rice.
• Mashed potatoes
• Grated salad (carrot or cabbage)

You can use medallions of lomito, you will stay but tasty
