Former Military Intel Experts: Released Memo Claiming British Intel Spied On Trump At Request of Obama & Rice Is Bogus!

A "memo" is being passed off as news on the internet that suggests the British Intel spied on then-candidate Donald Trump with no warrants at the request of Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah and later at the request of Susan Rice, but two former military intelligence experts say it's bogus.

The memo alleges to have originated from Robert Hannigan, Director of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) to Member of Parliament Boris Johnson, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.

The document was posted to a website which claimed:

On August 28, 2016, then-US-President Barack Hussein Obama requested that British Intelligence begin SPYING on then-candidate for US President, Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization (his business entities) and on his Presidential Campaign "Donald J. Trump for President." The spying included foreign and US DOMESTIC signals Intercepts (SIGINT). This generally includes phone taps and planting of bugs/listening devices. They did all this without a U.S. Search Warrant or Court Order.

By doing this without a US Search Warrant or Court Order - at the direct request of the President, both The British Government and President Barack Obama committed federal FELONIES punishable with prison, for violating wiretap laws and Constitutional protections afforded to then Mr. Trump and his people. These actions by the British and by Obama were CRIMES.

About two weeks later, on September 15, 2016, the British Government being run by Prime Minister THERESA MAY approved what they called "Operation FULSOME" and began spying on Donald Trump, his businesses and his Presidential campaign.

The spying continued for about ninety days.

On November 17, 2017, nine days AFTER Donald Trump won the Presidential Election, then Director of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, requested a RENEWAL of permission to continue the spying! Hannigan KNEW that Trump had won, and STILL sought permission to keep spying on him!

The letter which asked for permission to continue Spying was sent on November 17 to . . . . .

According to two individuals who worked in intelligence in the military, the document is bogus.

Jennifer E Dyer is a retired Naval Intelligence officer who lives in Southern California and contributor to LibertyUnyielding said, "Memo looks very bogus."

"This doesn’t look like anything official or valid, and most certainly is not written like a SIGINT collection request," she added.

Dyer also added the following things from a brief look at the document.

1. Steele would never be identified as an “MI5 agent” in such a document, even if he were one.
2. The verbiage used to define the target of surveillance (i.e., the floors of Trump Tower) is ridiculous. We’re talking about British GCHQ.
3. No US request that Hannigan had seen would come from Susan Rice. He certainly wouldn’t talk colloquially about a request from a top appointed official, identified by name, in a memo like this.

"Can’t say a lot more than that, but I would bypass it," Dyer concluded, adding that she did believe the document to probably be photoshopped.

Joe Newby of ConservativeFiringLine.com, who is a former active duty Marine who worked for a counter-intel unit before becoming a nuclear, biological and chemical defense specialist and co-author of the book Banned: How Facebook enables militant Islamic Jihad, agreed with Dyer, citing his past experience in intelligence.

It appears the document is a Photoshopped hoax. Now, why would anyone put that out? It could be they are looking for quick traffic. It could be that someone leaked it for what is about to come out in the memo that Congress is seeking to release in order to preempt the information before it's made available to the public or it could be to simply poison the well of actual information with disinformation.

I'm sure there's going to be plenty of evidence of Obama's unconstitutional (unlawful) actions concerning spying on Donald Trump. We've documented more than 1,100 instances of Obama's crimes already.

The real question is, what will those charged with enforcing the law do with what they are given? Give him a pass?
