Lord Krishna conveys through this verse:
"ममैवांशो जीवलोके जीवभूतः सनातनः।
मनःषष्ठानीन्द्रियाणि प्रकृतिस्थानि कर्षति।।"
In this world of living beings, there exists an eternal fragment of Mine as the soul. It resides within the material body and draws the mind and senses toward itself.
Here, Lord Sri Krishna is emphasizing that all living beings have a divine spark within them, which is a part of Him. Humans often focus solely on their physical bodies and consider them to be everything, but the Lord resides within each soul. He travels through various life forms until, after countless lifetimes, the soul can attain liberation (moksha) by achieving a higher spiritual purpose.
Therefore, our souls should aspire to be spiritually inclined, engaging in good deeds and continuously remembering God's name while residing in this physical body. Although the physical body is temporary and will eventually perish, in today's world, people often focus on material comforts and neglect their spiritual well-being. It is essential to remember that the soul is the key to uniting with the Supreme Soul, our Supreme Father.
