In an offline conversation today, the question arose as to the prevalence of gender confirmation surgery among minors in the United States.
The data above is from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health:
Approximately .002% of minors aged 15-17 undergo some form of gender affirming surgery related to transgender conditions.
Approximately .0001% of minors aged 13-14 undergo some form of gender affirming surgery related to transgender conditions.
There were no identified cases of a minor under the age of 13 undergoing gender confirmation surgery for transgender related conditions.
Most gender confirmation "top surgeries" on minors are performed on cis-males.
