Female Leader? Why not!!

In the context of democracy and governance there should be no difference in rights between women and men. Because in the system of government, the move is a system, not just physical.
Very apprehensive, times have been so advanced, there are still thoughts that put women as sub-ordinate men.where is the position of justice and gender equality? Is it because it is considered a place that is a 'fighter' which is only for men? Leaders who have such thinking paradigms will produce policies that only benefit men / men.does not reflect a gender justice.
Until now in Indonesia there is no law governing if women are not allowed to hold power in government. There are many examples of women who have succeeded in leading a region, either as village heads, sub-district heads, district heads, mayors, and even presidents.according to historical records, leadership in other countries also provide evidence of a woman's success. In Pakistan there is Benazir Buto, In England there is Margaret Teacher, and there are many female leaders who are capable and succeed in bringing the country / society to prosperity.
Therefore, it is time for our mindset to open the same competitive space.physically, men are stronger, but leadership in the context of state and government is not a mere physical issue, but a system that requires intelligent thinking and the ability to solve all the problems of society. In this case women are not always under men.even women are sometimes more concerned, able to complete and take care of things that have escaped the view of men.Perempuan on the political stage in a democratic country is entitled to get the same opportunity in addition to men. May Indonesian women always keep a clean heart, great spirit, courteous, intelligent, wise.

**unlike the case with malaysia where a woman holds power still weak. WOMEN'S MALAYSIA HARVEST EXPANDS. Women's voices are becoming stronger in Pakatan Harapan not only to be heard but taken within the original state of development.women are also partners in the Nation Building.**

After more than 50 years, Women in Malaysia have been poorly paid attention, their voices are drowned and do not sound inside the Barisan Nasional government.

Gender inequality should be implemented, for a more responsible politics.the Women's Forced Hope will ensure that the Women's Agenda is appointed and ensure that 30% of women's involvement in politics is not just a representative of the people but as decision-makers who are more representative of women's voices.
