A couple weeks back I wrote an article about OnePlace. This is a STEEM interface that allows one to filter the content that one sees while also providing the ability to upvote and comment.
Here is that article....
One of the biggest advantages to OnePlace is that it allows one to filter the content on STEEM to see more of what one likes. The drawback to Steemit is that all of the articles are basically one continuous stream. OnePlace provides the ability to filter to see content that appears under that tag.
The challenge with this interface is that, while it was able to sort the new content in particular categories, all content ended up there. There was no distinction between who was followed and who was not.
Now, that problem was solved. The developers released an update that includes one's feed.
What is really helpful about this feed is that it can be altered based upon content that one is seeking at a particular time.
Notice in this screenshot I decided to eliminate the "openmic" tag from my feed. The first post was removed since that was one of the tags that applied to that post.
This was done by clicking on the tag. To reverse it, I simply clicked on the "openmic" tag again to bring the original post back.
This is a very powerful interface that I suggest everyone give a try. Setting it up only requires an email and setting up a password. To connect to your account will require log in information using SteemConnect.
If you found this article informative, please give it an upvote and resteem.

That sounds great! Oftentimes I'll be looking for an article by a specific author and when searching their feed, I get bogged down by all their resteems. Can you choose to not see resteems using this interface?

This sounds awesome! I'm playing "catch-up" and obviously missed your original post, so I'm leaving this tab open to follow up. Ginabot has an ungodly number beside her face, so I'll attend to that first, but this is scheduled as my morning coffee 'read' for sure! Thanks for the info...as always :)
Hope all is well with you and yours ;)

Great post! If you are interested in this, then you might like Steemfilter, a website that filters all new content for paragraph count, plagiarism, and even language. It’s great for manual curation.
