I keep seeing this fight and every time I feel like its choreographed. The guy wasn't pulled down, he flipped himself over. Watch his hands. He plants one of them on the mat to do the flip, and if you watch his legs you can see him push off.

Yeah, it's too brutal of an attack to use in a real match, you might break someone's neck. Totally agree that it's probably a prepared treat for an audience.
