I think there is a 3 digit code that your retailer supplied you to use these codes on the rewards site. Just tried one and that's what it said.

I just checked for a 3 digit retailer code. Does not seem to be one, and when I redeemed the code I don't remember entering that in. Did you make a AMDrewards account?
