It was pouring rain this morning when I was awakened by noise and the smell and feel of second hand smoke!! And banging... not sex... literally hammer to stone... or ceramic tiles... I guess some work was being done in one if the court areas.

My nose was clear when I woke up. Clear enough to detect the cigarette exhaust. I'm convinced that this is at least partially the cause of my sluggishness and symptoms. I'm going to have to 86 apartment life. There are too many variables. The one variable that I cannot tolerate is a smoky environment. Right now my eyes are stinging the way they used to when I deejayed in nightclubs, back when smoking was allowed in nightclubs.
I have to turn the AC on instead of opening the windows... because the smoke us coming from outside!!! Well, not outside, but next door.
