Hello @drhira

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this course of Exploring The Global Cuisine Week#2 that will develop skills and understand of the different global cuisine by the course,l am glade to see your participation in this activity. The suggestions and grading of your assignment here .

  • you tried first time Afghan cuisine and im glad you find it good. You can make our local palaw by using the same technique. Every cusine has some special cooking techniques and spices that makes their food different.

  • Its sweet and savory flavour resembles with mutanjan but in that recipe we make sweet rice separately and mixed them with meat polaw. Any recipe that has beaf or goat cooked to make its stock ,then rice added will have similar taste to it.

  • you make Afghan Polaw very well ,as you tried first time but result is excellent. Your rice looks perfectly cooked with tender meat. I like your recipe presentation.

  • you explained all ingredients in steem.

  • Presentation of your recipe as well as post presentation is good.

I really encourage you, you tried well. Best of luck for the contest.
