Assalamu-o-Alikum to all Dear Steemians!!!

Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life with family and friends. By the grace of Almighty Allah , I am also good along with my loving family.

Here's with going to share my most favorite dish Afghan Cuisine Especially we make this to invite our relatives or special guests on special events. I am thankful to @suboohi mam for organizing this challenge. Through this we can able to learn different ways to cook Afghani Cuisine shared by Steemians belongs to different regions and countries.

1-What is new for you from the course, any spice or cooking technique or anything that you want to share?(2points)

Well, I have used Chicken in Afghani Cuisine but Surely it taste will be more delicious and delectable by using beef or mutton. I will try these meet in making next time.

I have used Afghani Kabuli Plauo Mix rice here on method is written exactly that mam explained in the learning challenge. I used the method that my mother used to cook for making stock of chicken and that stock soup added in rice which gives extra tasty and juicy flavor of chicken especially in rice.

2- Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?(1point)

That is not exact 💯 same with the shared recipe. But somehow resembles with our national favorite recipe Chicken/Beef Plauo. Here's with we have added carrot's, chicken and nuts/maiway that are essential ingredients used to cook Afghani Cuisine which is our our family favorite dish too.

There are two methods to make Afghani Kabuli Plauo, one is just fried the chicken and added fried light golden onions and then added mix Plauo recipe masala will added glass of water accordingly to the rice and chicken. But here's with we will separately make the thin stock of chicken.

We will take separate cooking pot, where in we will put oil for keeping it for hot on moderate flame then added in cutting onions and fried until they change the color from original to golden brown. Then we will add in half boiled chicken and fried them for 5 minutes . Afterwards we will add in Afghani Kabuli Plauo Mix rice Masala and others important ingredients then in the end we will add rice and put on low flame.

We will take separate karahi in which we will added cutting carrots and dry fruits as Maiway. We will fried for 10 minutes. And the present on the rice.

Our delicious and delectable Afghani Kabuli Plauo is ready to taste . But wait here on.

Afghani Kabuli Plauo is is tasty but enhance it's presentation and spicy taste , we will add potato cutlets. I used potatoes, herbs like green chillies, coriander and mint leaves and some necessary spices. For coating I just use eggs.

In that inflation era, rates of everything is increased incredibly. Here's on , Accordingly to the mentioned all the adding ingredients the total cost of making this recipe is almost 40 Steem and pakistani 1672/- according today rate is steem. Expense is everything but the expense is to give proper time, attention and make from the bottom of the heart ❤️ for the family. If family happy then our efforts pays off successfully:)
