1-Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?(2pts)
Hayee when it comes to Pakistan food it means delicious food with alot of variety in traditional way which I always knew no one can cook like my mom she cooked so simple but to be honest the flavours are at the peak.
Yeah I have tried many dishes either chicken karahai, haleem, biryani, pulao or kofta curry and much more it's the beauty of my Punjab every dish is just fantastic and taste is perfect in my place.
I tried different countries cousine but you know the food of Pakistan didn't match with any flavour it's truly honest and I just loved it.
2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Pakistan's cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentation of recipe. (4 pts)
Today I am going to cook kofta curry which is one of the favourite dish of my family. Normally we cooked it with zeera rice but sometimes with nan too.the ingredients are as follows.
- Beef mince 500 grams
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tsp
- Chilli 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 3/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Dry coriander 1/2 tsp

| I take mince and added spices along with crushed onion |  |

| I chopped one onion and added in pan cooked till colour changed |  |
| I cut the tomatoes added in onion cooked added all spices |  |
| I grind the tomatoes onion mixture |  |
| The kofta should fry in oil and added curry mixture |  |
| I cooked the kofta along with curry |  |
| Cooked at low flame for 30 minutes till done garnish with coriander and ginger |  |

Well I am from Pakistan and Punjab the chicken karahai is one of the common dish I often cooked either for lunch dinner and one the guests arrived it's favourite dish of everyone.
Locally I am residing in Punjab so it's our local dish and we do love our traditional food because no one can compete it at all.
4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?(1pt)
Hayee the Cumin, red kutti mirch mind blowing, coriander, garam masala, black pepper all these spices are flavoured our food and if Ammi cooked it then the taste would be 1000 times more to be honest.
