Hello friends! you are welcome to the week 6 on this learning challenge,my thanks and gratitude to my teacher @suboohi because she has open my eyes and l learnt difference types of foreign dishes,more especially has made me go into research and practice, infact before l was introduced to steemit,I don't go to restaurants or visit both local and international.Once again thanks.
No no no,but like l rightly said, before now l have not, but now I try some foreign dishes especially the ones l learnt here in the class since we started this learning challenge.
So ,here in Nigeria my country,there are different restaurants and eateries that cook international food apart from our Nigerian dishes, l observed that many foreigner and turkians are working in Nigeria here,and this is the reason why we can see some Turkish dish like baklava,in some eateries (fast food ) in my country Nigeria,we can see pizza and shawarma.

INGREDIENTS
FOR KOFTA KABAB
Boneless beef mince (small quantity)
Onion 1 medium
Breadcrumbs small(quantity)
Garlic paste 1
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Cayenne powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
Fresh parsley chops 1
Cooking oil 3 teaspoon
FOR SALD
Onion 2 medium
Tomatoes 2 medium
Green chillies large 3
Green chillies thin 3
###EQUIPMENT###
PREPARATION
*** STEP 1***
I first and washed my meat in a running tap,then used tray , knife 🔪 and chopping sticks and minced the meat.

STEP 2
In a chopper I put in my ingredients such as beef mince, onion,breadcrumbs,garlic paste,paprika powder,cumin powder,salt,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,coriander powder,baking soda,lemon juice and mixed them together very well

STEP 3
On this stage ,I then added fresh green parsley and mixed thoroughly.and l made a ball of my mixture.
So , with a greased hand l carried the mixture and flated it with a design of my finger.

*** STEP 4 ***
On the cooking gas with a high flame ,l placed the frying pan ,l added the vegetable oil,and fry the KOFTA KABAB.

*** STEP 5 ***
I reduced the vegetable oil in the pan and l carried my cut tomatoes and onions then then large and thin chilli pepper and fry with low flame 🔥.

Here is my finished product.then serving with cooked white rice.

For me l don't know of any food of resemblance in my country Nigeria cuisine that uses meat in this pattern,except meatballs we use as a snack main for breakfast,then the recipe is just to spiced with natural spices and cook for 2-3minutes and then fry.
I so much cherish cumin and parsley . but l love all the spices because they are natural and medicinal .
