Prayer of Jesus: The glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world

The Gospel of John at the Last Supper relates how our Lord Jesus taught the disciples the purpose of all his spiritual mission on earth, and this is, to achieve the unity of mind and heart of all who are children of God: "That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you" John 17:21.
And to achieve this Jesus made a very special prayer to the Father, he asked for all those who love him with a good heart. This prayer of Jesus is a beatitude for all those who believe in his word, Jesus asked the Father to introduce those who follow his teachings in that new spiritual life, which is the eternal life (John 17:3), so that they contemplate the Father as he truly is.
This is how Jesus shows us his good love, caring for those who follow him and love him, teaching that this perfect and eternal love that leads us to the glory of God has no end. Faced with the sin of the world, which oppresses and deceives, Jesus taught to us his love (Agape), wisdom, and mercy (compassion, kindness, gentleness), the Kingdom of God, the dominion of God's perfections, is that hope that cannot be broken.
Jesus then, knowing his destiny, his death, crucifixion, and resurrection, made this beautiful prayer to the father, asking with the certainty that he was heard:
"Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.
Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them" John 17:24-26.
