Gluten Free supper

So the night before we took out some chicken breasts to thaw from the freezer. Then to make this meal we made small slices into the side of the breast to help it cook more evenly.Next we preheated our oven to 375,and sprayed our cookie sheet with gluten-free Pam spray to help with the chicken from sticking .
I personally like my chicken flavored however my children don't so I did half and half coated with kraft chicken and rib barbacue sauce (kraft barbecue Sauce. No gluten ingredients. This is probably the most ubiquitous brand of barbecue sauce on grocery store shelves. ... kraft does not label many products "gluten-free," but will specifically call out any wheat, barley or rye ingredients on its labels)

then I cooked them in the oven for 20 minutes and flipped them and cooked for another 20 minutes.
During the last 20 min of the chicken cooking I prepared my potatoes then mashed them with milk ,also opened up a can of no name peas (Most canned whole foods are safe to eat on a gluten-free diet.) And in addition to this I cooked up a Knorr chicken and broccoli sidekick.(knorr Selects are made without any artificial flavors or preservatives and are gluten-free )

Then I opened up a can of mushrooms and slices up a medium sized onion and fried them in a sauce pan with some salt and pepper and basil.

Once everything was done I set it up on the plate and everyone very much enjoyed the meal.(the children didn't eat the onions and mushrooms)
