The hidden gnosis in the teachings of Jesus: The one who comes from above is above all, John 3:31

Jesus explains to us that what comes from the spirit comes from above, whereas what comes from concupiscence is earthly: "The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.", John 3:31.
The evangelist John presents Jesus to us as "son of man", as the one who comes from above and gives us the spirit: "For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.", John 3:34.

When Jesus speaks to us from above, he is explaining to us the knowledge that comes from the spirit, that is, the hidden Gnosis: "Then he opened their minds so they could understand the scriptures", Luke 24:45
Gnosis is the result of the progressive path of man's mind towards truth: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect". Romans 12:2.
Gnosis is a step, a transformation of the essence of man, God gives us his essence wisdom and makes us fully similar to him, this is what Jesus explains to Nicodemus at night when he meets him, what Nicodemus does not understand is that being born from above (Gnosis) is a consequence of the progressive mentality:
“Jesus replied: ´Very truly I tell you, no one can see the Kingdom of God unless they are born again´.
´How can someone be born when they are old?´ Nicodemus asked.
´Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!´
Jesus answered: ´Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying: ´You must be born again´. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the spirit´". John 3:3-8.
