Spicy Bulgogi recipe

Based on 400g pork roast

  1. Do not forget to take care of your health first.
    Cheongju-2+Cheongsan ginger 0.5+Pork black pepper

  2. Make the marinade.
    Sugar 2+1.5 + soy sauce 2.5 + Cheongju 1 +
    Minced garlic 2 + minced ginger 0.5 + red pepper paste 3 +
    Sesame oil 1 + 2 + black pepper per oligo

  3. Chop the onions, green onions, and garlic.

  4. Stir-fry garlic on a pan first, and then, if garlic smells like garlic, toss it.

  5. Stir-fry on high heat and when it is half cooked, add seasoning and then stir-fry thoroughly. Put in the onion green onion and then stir-fry.
