How many possessions did JESUS CHRIST own?

How many possessions did our ultimate role model leader SAVIOR and LORD own? How many businesses did JESUS CHRIST own? Did the disciples leave their jobs and family to become soul winners (fishers of men)? Was the message preached so loudly and powerfully in Acts 4:32 that they actually really truly sold their homes and land? Did JESUS ever claim to be homeless in Matthew 8:20? Was it ever recorded that JESUS commanded us not to work for treasures in the Earth and not to work for the bread which perishes? Did JESUS ever say riches choke people? Did JESUS ever tell us we cannot serve two masters? Did JESUS ever say if we keep our material life we will lose it? Did JESUS ever tell us a reward for forsaking everything in Matthew 19:29? Did JESUS ever command us to work by the muscle of our arms and legs, or did HE always command us to work by the lips to preach? Did JESUS ever give us a roadmap to living homeless in Matthew chapter 10? Was it ever recorded that JESUS said to sell all you have? Did JESUS ever give a command to support you in your preparation to forsake all by saying "Whoever asks to borrow of you turn not away?" Did JESUS ever tell us to live our best most comfortable life, or were the disciples martyred with stones, beaten, burned, decapitated, and crucified upside down?

I'm sorry that all TV and all Pastors have lied to you to keep their bills paid.

Read Matthew over and over until you get it!

Jesus Christ embraced being poor. The main reason I went homeless and won't work for money ever again is because:

  1. Jesus Christ commanded us to not work for treasures in the Earth (Matthew 6:19),

  2. The disciples left their jobs and family "And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed Him." (Matthew 4:22) and in Acts 4:32 sold their homes and land because they realized what 99% of modern day Christians do not understand - that we are to completely deny our flesh in every form of desire - "And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the Word, and it becometh unfruitful." (Mark 4:19) So we love one another, we don't love this dying decaying materialistic world - "And they overcame (satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." (Revelation 12:11),

  3. We cannot take any money or material possessions to Heaven when we die (Matthew 6:24) so by that fact Jesus was right - it's useless to work for money which is worth nothing in God's eyes (roads paved with gold in Heaven = useless dirt),

  4. Jesus Christ never taught us to seek Caesar (modern society) for jobs so we can buy horses and cattle and own businesses and land and grow crops and hire employees and pay taxes - Jesus taught the very opposite of what prosperity pastors teach today (spiritual, not material),

  5. Jesus Christ called the pastors and religious leaders of His time vipers and hypocrites (Matthew 23), I wonder why, maybe because they saught after money, like the 30 coins they paid to Judas - "And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver Him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver." (Matthew 26:15),

  6. All the commands Jesus Christ gave us are spiritual not material, such as to preach repentance (Matthew 4:17) and heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons, and take neither gold nor silver nor brass (Matthew 10),

  7. Jesus Christ had no possessions (homeless, Matthew 8:20), Jesus didn't even own a colt, the disciples had to borrow one (Matthew 21:2), they even borrowed the room for the passover last supper (Matthew 26:18),

  8. If a disciple was alive today they would not seek to be employed by any job or government, they would be busy seeking the lost and teaching, healing and preaching (Corinthians 1:26-28),

  9. Jesus Christ said "He that hath My commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth Me: and he that loveth Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself to him." (John 14:21) and not once in His commands is to build homes or businesses or churches or support them, instead our Lord and Savior taught us the very opposite - Jesus said unto him, "If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow Me." (Matthew 19:21) - Jesus did not say to give money to rich church businesses, but after you give all your possessions away then follow Him as a broke homeless disciple on fire for the Lord - whom needs no money because he lives by faith and God provides all his needs by faith!

  10. Working 8 hours for money does not set souls free, but working 8 hours for God sets souls free, which is why Jesus Christ said "give what is God's to God" (Matthew 22:21) meaning your time, your life, your lifetime,

  11. In Matthew chapter 10 Jesus taught us to take nothing with us on our journey in ministry, no money, no shoes, nothing but the clothes on our back. How do you miss this truth?

  12. In Romans 12 God teaches us not to be conformed to the ways of this world - working for money is the first step satan uses to make us conformed to the ways of this world! What part of forsake all do you not understand? (Matthew 19:29) What part of Matthew 8:20 "but I have no place to lay My head" do you not understand? What part of "be in the world, but not of the world" do you not understand? (John 17:14-16) What part of "For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it." don't you understand? (Matthew 16:25) What part of the disciples leaving their fisherman and tax collector jobs do you not understand? (Matthew 4:19-20, Matthew 9:9) What part of the disciples selling their homes and land in Acts 4:32 do you not understand? What part of the direct commandment from Jesus Christ "Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal" (which means souls, salvation, preaching and teaching the Good News, not seeking money) do you not understand? (Matthew 6:19-20) Why do preachers and teachers never teach what Jesus Christ was trying to teach us? Because it's too difficult to forsake everything, it takes much faith to trust God for every meal and for your very survival being homeless, it takes strength to deny the flesh in every area of life and still have the joy of the Lord and preach while being homeless. Jesus Christ said "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (Matthew 7:14). The only work that was even permissible by God was directly related to food such as farming, fishing, hunting, cattle, nothing else, because that work was an increase of life giving sustenance, not marketing and advertising which increases toward death. A Tithe was food, not money.

Jesus was highlighting the fact that the disciples would spend the rest of their lives as aliens and strangers in the world (1 Peter 2:11). In short, they and every generation of believers who followed them were going to be in the world, but not of it. It highlights the natural friction we feel with the world around us. The source of that constant friction: People living in the world who don't know Jesus Christ are part of a system that is anti-God, anti-Christ, and satanic. That system is against God and His principles because God is Spirit not material. This materialistic world is opposed to all that is good, godly, and Christlike. “The light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil” (John 3:19). Your duty is to preach the Word of God and proclaim the gospel even in the face of the world’s hostility.

When you are born again, the only work you need to do is study the Holy Bible until you can teach the Word of God to others. Read Matthew over again ten times. Now you are a teacher working for God and you never need to work for money ever again. Why? Because now God will provide for you miraculously as you teach everyone you meet how to repent and be born again. Jesus Christ gave us a literal map of where to go with this message in Matthew 10 - from church to church and speak to pastors, win the pastor and you won the whole congregation, like plucking an apple from the stem. This is the great mystery Jesus Christ was trying to teach all of His children. This is the 100-fold reward in Matthew 19:29.

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Who can love the Creator YHWH Lord Jesus Christ this much? HalleluYAH!FB_IMG_1496353557518.jpgJESUS pics - 374.jpgJESUS pics - 369.jpgJESUS pics - 368.jpgJESUS pics - 376.jpgJESUS pics - 382.jpgJESUS pics - 373.jpg
