Once Guruji was returning after a satsang.
On the way, Guruji felt like drinking tea.
He told his driver-
“Great men, we want to drink tea.”
The driver stopped the car in front of a 5 star hotel.
Guruji said-
“No, go ahead, not here.”
Then the driver stopped the car in front of a hotel.
Guruji refused that too.
After going a long way, there was a shop like a small dhaba.
Guruji said-
“Stop here. Let's drink tea here.”
The driver started thinking that leaving the best of hotels, Guruji would drink tea at such a place.
Well, he did not say anything.
The driver went to the tea vendor and said- “Make some good tea.”
When the shopkeeper opened the money box, there was a picture of Guruji in it.
Seeing Guruji's picture, the driver asked the shopkeeper- “Do you know him, have you ever seen him?”
The shopkeeper said- “I had collected money to go and see him.
Which got stolen, and I could not go.*
But I am sure that Guruji will come and meet me here.”*
The driver said- “Go and give the tea in that car.”
The shopkeeper said- “If I go to give the tea, my money may get stolen again.”
The driver said- “Don't worry, if that happens, I will pay you from my pocket.”
The shopkeeper went to give the tea in the car.
When he saw Guruji there, he was surprised.
When Guruji saw tears in his eyes, he said-
“You said that I should come to meet you here and now when I have come to meet you, you are crying.”
There was so much love in that man that tears were not stopping at all.
When the mind is pure and the intentions are good, even God has to come for his devotee.
