I'm sorry but whoever designed that dress had no fashion sense or just no sense at all. Wait, maybe this design started out as a McDonalds art contest.

    Except he actually is a fashion and jewellery designer .. that's probably why his first designs had it more dress-like. Sadly they just wanted a map swinging its arms around instead of something 'fashionable' from him.
