A simple recipe with a thousand virtues
Golden porridge is a perfect recipe for winter . The turmeric brings effects antioxidants and anti-inflammatory as well as the sunny yellow color that we miss so during these months when the brightness down.
Associated with ginger to stimulate digestion and pepper to boost the absorption of curcumin, thanks to piperine, golden porridge promises us wonders.
Turmeric is fat soluble, ie it dissolves in lipids (fat), so it must be mixed in an oil base to increase its bioavailability.
For this, in this recipe, we used coconut milk and coconut cream . If you do not like its fruity flavors, you can also use almond milk and add a teaspoon of deodorized coconut oil or a nutty milk that has a good fat content.
Similarly for oatmeal , you can replace them with any other flake . Oats are rich in protein with the 8 essential amino acids. A fatty and protein breakfast (even vegetable) is interesting to stimulate dopamine (our starter) and norepinephrine (our accelerator). These neurotransmitters have a fundamental role to start the day well.
For the sweet touch (but not too much not to create hypoglycemia), we offer raw coconut sugar that has a low glycemic index and cinnamon that brings a greedy touch and a hypoglycemic effect.
This recipe is available according to your desires and allows you to vary your breakfasts. Take care of your mornings and get up with happiness!
