If you are looking for a new ball to try, look at Vice Golf. I am very satisfied and you can't beat the price-- the more you order, the cheaper they are. If you order a dozen, they are $34.95, but if you get 5 dozen, the price drops to $24.95 and there are increments of price savings in between. In the summer, I bought a dozen of the Vice Pro golf balls to try and I compared them to Callaway Chrome Soft and Titleist Pro V1. I didn't notice any change in driver distance and the spin on my irons was good. For the record, I have about a 6 handicap.
Here are links to two independent studies comparing Vice golf balls to the other golf ball technology leaders:

Their tests show that the balls perform similarly depending on which model you go for. Golf Digest also gave them a gold rating for 2017.
I hope this review was helpful. I have no connection to Vice Golf-- just a good experience with their product.
