So whenever you are tired, worried, or stressed out drink plenty of water.

For healthier and stronger body and brain, eat a variety of foods. Eat generously from fruits and vegetables. Eat moderately from meat and milk groups; and eat sparingly of foods made mostly of fats oils, sweets, and salt.
