If you want to make your day worth living, wake up early. If you wake up even an hour earlier than others, then you will be living four years more than them. Be thankful for the things you have today. Get ready to embrace all the challenges that you may face on that day. Meditate for at least half -an hour a day, so that you will have no space for negativity in your mind.
Set clear goals for that day.stop being a procrastinator or a person who post pones everything for tomorrow. Live that day in such a way that before you go to sleep, you can praise or reward yourself for the work you have done on that day.

Spend at least 15 minutes walking alone. When you walk alone you will be able to spend your time with the real you and feel refreshed mentally and physically which will lead you to good health.

And finally, before going to bed, develop the plan to be executed next day to make that day even more better than today .
