At the beginning of last week, the most sought-after expressions are on the topic of news and therefore on news sites.

"Actualité" was then the subject of more than 100 000 searches, as well as the term "Ouest France".

The expressions "Le Parisien" and "20 Minutes" have generated more than 50,000 searches.

A national tribute was paid to Xavier Jugelé, the policeman murdered in the attack on the Champs-Élysées, on April 25 at the Prefecture of Police of Paris. At the ceremony, his companion, with whom he was pacsé, spoke:

The Cassini probe began on April 26, 2017, exploring a small area between Saturn and its innermost ring to allow scientists to better understand how the solar system works. After 22 rounds in orbit, Cassini will finish her life in the atmosphere of Saturn, in September.

256 years ago was born Marie Harel, the inventor of Camembert, famous Norman cheese, in 1791. To pay tribute to him, Google dedicated her doodle of the day.

The president of Debout France, Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, announced Friday, April 28, his support for Marine Le Pen:
