Google & YouTube CEOs Say Basically Same Thing James Damore Wrote in Memo

I was just watching this video asking myself "What in the world is going on at Google?"

They literally say the same thing he does and even put it on the screen basically word for word what they just said! Am I missing something here? Let me know what you think below. I tried to find this on DTube and Steemit and could not - which means the creator probably isn't on there yet!
