    I agree 100%, but we should not live in the past instead live in the now and make the most of it :)

        By being appreciative for what we have, grateful for the small things. Focus on what's going on now instead of worrying what will happen or what has already happen. By focusing on whats going on in the moment we remove all worries. Hope this helps :)
