You don't seem to get it. A Steemit account IS a pay per video. It's just that we do not pay you in dollars. Many here do not prefer to use banks. They are not secure.

We are all over the world and some countries, like where I live, charge at times 50-80% if you use your credit card overseas. If it were not so, I would have donated or joined you for classes before you joined Steemit.
